Several classes of Mathematics, Ecole des Beaux-Lacs use `` `` Learning Carpet. This mat allows students to visualize a little more mathematical concepts that are sometimes difficult to understand. This wonderful mat allows students to participate more actively in their learning of mathematics. The use of these carpets is one of the initiatives resulting from our AISI project.

Friday afternoon last was filled with pleasure at the Ecole des Beaux-Lacs. Youth from kindergarten to Grade 6 have defied the cold and took part in a mini winter carnival. The afternoon was filled with activities and everyone had fun.

Friday, March 6 marked the emergence of the Franco-Albertan flag. The whole school was invited to attend this special event. The flag raising marked the beginning of the week of La Francophonie in the world.

BBSV The St. Paul was very interesting this year. We participated in several dance workshops: Canadian dance, gumboots, line dancing, Rwanda, Swing, Hip-Pop ,....
All students have really enjoyed learning the new dances. Thank you to all the organizers for another great experience to our BBSV.

Nine students in our French schools in the region attended a leadership course at Camp St. Louis January 30 and February 1. This course of three sessions will allow students to discover some hidden talents in the field of leadership and also enjoy new unforgettable experiences. FJA thank you to arrange for this course. Special Invitation: Mass, 8 February at 11am








The Lord's Day is a television report of a Eucharistic celebration, usually experienced by a chosen parish community across the country.
To celebrate the centenary of Bonnyville, the team will be the Lord's Day in Bonnyville to film the mass of 8 February. It a very special occasion for the Francophone Catholic Bonyville to meet.
We invite you in large numbers to celebrate this Mass with us. Several school children will participate.
It should be noted that the Mass will be Feb. 8 at 11 am (not 10:30) to allow the team to settle the CBC.
This issue of the Lord's Day will be presented Sunday, February 22 at 10am on the full network of French Radio-Canada.
